Add support for KSTR-SAMA5D27

Use 5.10.0 kernel build on CI server
Fix boot partition creation for sama5, make sure that fat16 is correctly created
Update board makefile according to current needs of main Makefile
Add support for WIFI chipset by adding correct firmware files
